This policy explains how Weblumba AI ("we") handles personal data when you use https://weblumbaai.com.
Data we collect
- Newsletter: your email address and signup source, to send the newsletter you requested.
- Contact form: your name, email and message, to reply to you.
- Free tools: URLs or text you submit are processed to produce results. We don't store submitted content beyond temporary processing and abuse-prevention logs unless stated.
- Analytics (with consent): pages visited, device and approximate location via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, if enabled.
- Server logs: IP address and request data for security and rate limiting, kept for a short period.
AI processing
Some tools can send the text you submit to an AI provider to generate suggestions, when that feature is enabled. Don't submit confidential or personal information to our tools.
Legal bases
Consent (newsletter, analytics cookies), legitimate interests (security, replying to messages) and legal obligations.
Sharing
We use service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics, AI providers) that process data on our behalf. We don't sell personal data.
Retention
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
